You can send documents and parcels that comply with international aviation laws and customs regulations. Hazardous materials, illegal substances, and restricted items are strictly prohibited.

How do I track my package?

Travelers update the status of the delivery request directly through the app, giving you real-time tracking from pickup to drop-off.

How do I get paid?

Once you deliver the item and the sender confirms receipt, the funds are automatically released from escrow to your wallet.

What happens if an item is rejected at customs?

We advise all travelers to inspect packages before accepting them. However, in the rare event of a customs issue, our dispute resolution team will intervene based on our trip policies.
